Gently Being will be brining an 8-week introduction to Mindfulness course to St. Catharines beginning October 17. The course will cover the fundamental principles of Mindfulness and provide strategies for implementing mindfulness into your daily life. The course will be held at the lovely MYOM yoga studio in downtown St. Catharines on Wednesdays from 4:30-5:30.
