Gently Being’s Introduction to Mindfulness course may be perfect for you. The classes are designed to be both for those new to mindfulness and those wishing to renew and reinvigorate their practice.
During the hour long classes, participants will learn the fundamental principals and practices of Mindfulness and how to implement them in their daily lives.
